David Dombroff is in his 12th year of baking incredible desserts for Long Island. David is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has extensive backgrounds in baking.
 
With over 55 different varieties of cakes, 42 varieties of pastries, and 16 varieties of breads all made from scratch, our ovens are always full, and every customer is sure to find their favorite bake shop goods here.
 
Our pride shows in all of our display cases, which every day are filled up beautifully by our talented team of decorators and bakers.
 
The center of attention is our finishing room - our talented team of decorators work their magic right in front of the customers, decorating cakes, making flowers, and creating wedding cakes.
